North Wind Group is seeking a Capture Manager to join our team and lead Capture activities for our Facilities and Infrastructure business line. Customers include the Department of Energy, Department of Defense, and a broad selection of civilian agencies. As a Capture Manager, you will lead capture activities and navigate the transition from opportunity qualification into capture efforts, forming and leading a dynamic capture team, establishing successful partnerships, and overseeing proposal development.
